What is Proofing?

Photo proofs are lightly edited images uploaded to a gallery at a low-resolution size. They are not the final creative product. Photo proofs simply provide you with a good sense of what the images look like before final retouching. Once a you choose your favourite images from the proofs, we then retouch and artistically edit the final images. Retouching is where the true magic happens!

Here's how it works:

1. Sign into your gallery using password your photographer gave to you.
2. Scroll through your images in the main grid view, or click on any image for close-up view.
3. Click the 'Star' icon to favourite that image, do this for all the images you like most.
4. Click 'Submit Proofs' found at the bottom of the gallery.
5. Enter your name and E-mail address and click send.
6. We receive the list of photos you wish to have retouched and get to work on them!
7. A new gallery is uploaded of the photos you chose ready to be downloaded and purchased.

To download your photos, first login to your gallery by entering the password in the field provided.

When you see the gallery click on the cart icon underneath the photo you wish to download and select the type of download you would like and click 'Add to Cart'. Repeat this step for as many of the photos you wish to download.

Once you have selected the photos you want click 'View Cart/Checkout'. Enter your details and once complete you will be provided with a download link.

To purchase prints, first login to your gallery by entering the password in the field provided.

When you see the gallery click on the cart icon underneath the photo you wish to purchase and select the size and type you would like, be sure to select the amount and click 'Add to Cart'. Repeat this step for as many of the photos you wish to purchase prints for.
